Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Postari at postari.email (“Service”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. The Service

Postari is an email management platform that lets you monitor multiple addresses in one inbox, configure routing and AI triage, send mail, receive notifications, and optionally connect one Outlook or Google Calendar to view events and sync invites you approve.

2. Your account

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information and notify us promptly of unauthorized use.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to use Postari to:

• Send spam, phishing, malware, or unlawful content
• Violate applicable laws or third-party rights
• Attempt to bypass security, access other users’ data, or disrupt the Service
• Resell or sublicense the Service without our written permission

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or pose a security or legal risk.

4. Email and third-party services

Postari relies on services you connect (for example Resend for email delivery and receipt). You are responsible for complying with those providers’ terms and for domains and addresses you configure. We are not responsible for outages or policy actions taken by third-party providers.

5. Calendar integration

If you connect Microsoft Outlook or Google Calendar, you authorize Postari to access your calendar as described at connect time. Calendar connections are optional. You may disconnect at any time. Postari adds events and invite responses only when you take action in the app; we are not responsible for scheduling conflicts or missed meetings arising from your use of the Service.

6. AI features

AI-generated summaries and suggested replies are provided for convenience and may be inaccurate. You are responsible for reviewing content before sending or acting on it.

7. Privacy

Our collection and use of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

8. Intellectual property

Postari, its software, branding, and documentation are owned by us or our licensors. You retain ownership of your email content. You grant us a limited license to host, process, and display your content solely to operate the Service.

9. Disclaimer of warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE OPERATION.

10. Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, POSTARI AND ITS OPERATORS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATING TO THE SERVICE IS LIMITED TO THE GREATER OF (A) AMOUNTS YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM OR (B) USD $100.

11. Changes

We may modify these Terms or the Service. Material changes will be indicated by updating the date above. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

12. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may terminate or suspend access for violation of these Terms or for operational reasons, with notice where practicable.

13. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where mandatory local law applies.
